C A Danaid was founded in 1979 by a group of engineers already working in the field of Air Field Lighting (AFL). C A Danaid is today a well-known and well-reputed company within AFL throughout the world and the company has proved its value in many projects working both as main contractor and as sub-supplier to other companies.
C A Danaid is today concentrating on two main products:
* Constant Current Regulators (feeding the light circuits in an AFL system). Two types are available: Conventional thyristor type and a new designed Sinus wave type.
* Remote Control Systems (enabling the flight controller in the airport control tower to control the lights in accordance with international standards and the pilots’ requests).
